1. Promoter

The promoter is Dermaenergy Pty Ltd, ABN 23 123 409 843, trading as Derma Energy, of Suite 4, 30 Maddox Street, Alexandria NSW 2015, Australia (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion opens on 1 September 2026 and closes on 30 September 2026.

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Who Can Enter

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter, or anyone directly involved in administering the promotion, are not eligible to enter.

Entrants must have a valid Instagram account.

4. How to Enter

To enter, during the Promotion Period entrants must:

1. Follow @dermaenergy on Instagram;
2. Like the official competition post; and
3. Leave a comment on the competition post tagging two different Instagram accounts.

No purchase is necessary.

One qualifying comment constitutes one entry.

Multiple entries are permitted, provided that different Instagram accounts are tagged in each qualifying comment.

Automated entries, fake accounts, duplicate or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid.

5. Prize

There are 50 prizes to be won.

Each prize consists of:

• 1 × Derma Energy Serve & Protect SPF50+

Recommended retail value: $59 AUD.

Total maximum prize pool: $2,950 AUD.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Australian standard delivery of the prize is included.

6. Draw

This promotion is a game of chance.

The winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

The draw will take place at:

• Date: 1 October 2026
• Time: 10:00 am AEST
• Location: Suite 4, 30 Maddox Street, Alexandria NSW 2015

An electronic random-selection method may be used.

The first 50 eligible entries randomly selected will be provisional winners.

Entrants do not need to be present at the draw.

7. Verification of Winners

Before awarding a prize, the Promoter may verify that each provisional winner:

• meets the eligibility requirements;
• submitted a valid qualifying entry;
• followed the competition entry requirements; and
• has not used a fraudulent, automated or fake Instagram account.

If a provisional winner does not satisfy the entry requirements, the entry will be deemed invalid and another eligible entrant may be selected in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message from the official @dermaenergy Instagram account within 7 days of the draw.

A list of winners will also be published on the Derma Energy competition page for at least the period required by applicable law.

Derma Energy will never ask a winner for credit card details or payment to receive their prize.

9. Claiming a Prize

Winners must respond and provide their:

• full name;
• Australian delivery address; and
• any information reasonably required to verify their eligibility

within 14 days of notification.

If a winner does not claim their prize within the required period, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Delivery

Prizes will be delivered to one valid Australian address supplied by each winner.

The Promoter is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect delivery information supplied by the winner.

11. Privacy

Information supplied by winners will be collected and used for the purpose of:

• administering the promotion;
• verifying eligibility;
• contacting winners; and
• delivering prizes.

Entering this promotion does not automatically subscribe an entrant to Derma Energy marketing emails or SMS communications.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Derma Energy Privacy Policy.

12. Instagram

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Instagram or Meta.

Entrants must comply with Instagram’s applicable terms, policies and community guidelines.

13. Invalid Entries

The Promoter may disqualify an entrant where it reasonably believes the entrant has:

• submitted fraudulent or automated entries;
• used fake Instagram accounts;
• attempted to manipulate the promotion;
• impersonated another person;
• interfered with the entry or draw process; or
• otherwise breached these Terms & Conditions.

14. Changes or Cancellation

If circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control prevent the promotion from being conducted as intended, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where permitted by law.

Any change will not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

16. Permits

The total prize pool is $2,950 AUD.

The promotion is intended to be conducted as an exempt or minor trade promotion in jurisdictions where applicable.

No permit number applies where the promotion meets the relevant exemption requirements.

17. Acceptance

By entering the promotion, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
